Before the migration, abcgo.pl struggled with problems typical of dynamically growing accounting firms using On-Premise infrastructure (their own servers):
Instead of a simple server replacement (Lift & Shift), Professnet designed the environment from scratch, basing it on the five pillars of the Azure Well-Architected Framework.
We migrated the heart of the company, the enova365 system, to the high-performance Azure cloud.
What we did:
Instead of maintaining many small servers, we consolidated services. We reduced the number of virtual machines by 30%, moving databases to optimized Azure SQL instances that guarantee high I/O operation performance (crucial for accounting).

Secure Remote Work (Azure Virtual Desktop)

How it works:
An accountant logs in from home on any laptop but "sees" a corporate desktop running in the Azure cloud.
